- If the length of your stay deviates from one week (shorter or longer), there will be price changes

Our apartments are non-smoking apartments - guests who smoke are welcome on the balcony.

On your day of arrival, the apartment will be available starting at ca. 1 pm. On your day of departure, we ask that you vacate the apartment by 9:30 am.
Cancellation: In case of a cancellation 4 weeks (21-28 days) prior to arrival, there will be no charge. With a cancellation 3 weeks (14 - 21 days) prior to arrival, the deposit will be held - in the event you are still able to come this season, you can re-use that same deposit; if you do not come, the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee. If you cancel 2 weeks (7-14 days) prior to arrival, the deposit will be kept as a cancellation fee, and if you cancel 1 week (1 - 7 days) prior to arrival, you will be charged for 3 nights.
