The worldwide COVID-19 situation has changed the way we are all currently interacting to ensure your safety & health. Certain simple rules and regulations have been issued to minimize the possibility of any new infections & keep everyone healthy. We are well prepared to welcome guests with updated safety precautions, and to us, it is of the utmost importance that all our guests feel safe and well cared for during their stay.

With the 8^thof November 2021 all tourists, who want to visit Austria for vacation, need either a validation of a received COVID-vaccination,or a medical certificate about the overcome infection.Children under 12 years need a negative test result.

Arrival/Check-In

Upon request, we will gladly provide a Check-In & Check-out without any contact.
Parking at our house directly allows arrival without contact.
Forgot your FFP2 mask or face mask? No problem, we will provide face masks for you.
Payments via bank transfers are possible, providing a contact-free payment option.
Viruses are not permitted on our premises. Please keep them out & by using our disinfectant dispenser at the entrance to disinfect your hands thoroughly. For your own safety, as well as for everybody staying here.
Due to safety precautions, we cannot provide you with a physical copy of our guest folder. In stead, we are going to send you a copy of our guest folder via email before arriving here.
By registering electronically, you can take advantage of our free electronic web service for Radstadt, called "Paul". Take advantage of various offers & tips and also benefit from the included Radstadt guest card.

Social Distancing Made Easy

All our shared common rooms are spacious enough to allow our guests to safely social distance, with the recommendation being a minimum of 2 metre distance.
Breakfast can be served in our common breakfast room upon request. To ensure plenty of space is provided, we plan different breakfast serving times for each different apartment.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

Clean rooms have always been very important at our guesthouse to ensure our guests feel comfortable. Providing clean bed linen, table cloths, and fresh towels are already included in our service. We clean and disinfect all surfaces and sanitary facilities in the entire guesthouse regularly.
Soap dispensers are provided in bathrooms.
Dish towels, kitchen wipes, and sponges are replaced after every stay.
