Important Booking Information

• All rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day.
• Rates apply for 7-day stays. All rates for longer or shorter stays may vary. 
• Rates include final cleaning charge.
• Rates do not include local tax of EUR 1,30 per person per night. Applies to all guests 15 years and older.
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. We kindly ask all smokers to please step out onto their private balcony to smoke.
• Check in: Your apartment is ready on the day of arrival from approximately 2 pm.
• Check out: Please vacate the apartment by 9.30 am on the day of your departure.

Payment:
To secure your booking please send us a deposit of EUR 200.- within 14 days of booking. Include your name and the dates of your booking.

The final payment can either be transferred into our bank account before arrival or in cash before departure.

Cancellation:

We do not charge any cancellation fees if you cancel up to 4 weeks before arrival (21 - 28 days). All cancellations within 3 weeks (14 - 21 days) before arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit. In case you want to reschedule your holiday, we will allow you to reuse this deposit. In case you can't reschedule, the deposit is kept as a cancellation fee. All cancellations within 2 weeks (7 - 14 days) before arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit. All cancellations within 1 week (1 - 7 days) before arrival will be charged 3 nights' stay as a cancellation fee.
