Important Booking Information

• All rates are charged in EURO per apartment per day and are available from prices.
• Rates apply for 7-day stays. All rates for longer or shorter stays may vary. 
• Rates include final cleaning charge.
• Rates do not include local tax of EUR 2,90 and mobility tax (01.05.2025) of EUO 0,50 per person per night. All guests are obliged to pay the visitors tax from their 15^th birthday (under 15s are free of charge).
• Unfortunately, pets are not permitted.
• Smoking is not permitted in our apartments. We kindly ask all smokers to please step out onto their private balcony to smoke.
• Check in: Your apartment is ready on the day of arrival from approximately 2 p.m.
• In the event of early departure or late arrival, 100% of the apartment price will be charged.
• Check out: Please vacate the apartment by 9.30 a.m on the day of your departure.

Payment:
To secure your booking please send us a deposit of 30% of the estimated total within 14 days of booking. Include your name and the dates of your booking.

The final payment can either be transferred into our bank account before arrival, Card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash before departure.

Cancellation:

In case of a cancellation (must be made in writing) arise to you:

• till 30 days before arrival we charge you € 30,- preparation fee per apartment
• 30% cancellation fee 29 till 7 days before arrival
• 70% cancellation fee from 6 days before arrival
• 100% cancellation fee by not arrival

You can have your deposit credited to a new specific booking. If you don't arrive the cancellation fee applies again.
